Managing inventory for so many products can be complicated, but we simplify the process by using multiple vendors and by “Just in Time” inventory methods. By combining JIT inventory management with multiple vendors, we can provide a large selection of products to our customers without the added cost of warehousing and slow-moving inventory. This management method also reduces backorders and out-of-stock items because we have access to multiple vendors.
